iZak is a fully programmable humanoid robot who lives at iCode Greater Crofton / Gambrills. He works alongside students, explores the community, and regularly discovers that everyday human activities are harder than they look.
He’s here to make advanced technology tangible, spark better questions, and prove that innovation can be serious without taking itself too seriously.

The Youth Innovation Program is an eight-week, project-based experience where high school students use Python, robotics, artificial intelligence, engineering, and teamwork to build something real with iZak.

iZak is a Unitree R1 EDU Smart humanoid robot based at iCode Greater Crofton / Gambrills in Maryland. He works alongside students exploring robotics, programming, artificial intelligence, engineering, and emerging technology. Outside the classroom, iZak visits local organizations and community events, where he specializes in making friends, inspiring questions, and occasionally discovering new ways to fall down.
